The founding partners formed CICADA Architecture/Planning, Inc. in 1995 with the belief that we could offer our institutional, educational, arts, and community development clients both sophisticated, cost-effective design and conscientious service. Integral to the decision to found a new firm was a strong commitment to use architecture and planning in partnership with our clients to help create livable, sustainable human communities.
